  3. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the outside is browned and crispy and the center is cooked to your liking (you can take them out on the early side if you like the center a little pink).
  4. Pour the dish’s juices over the meat. Allow 5-10 minutes to rest on a cutting board or in the baking dish. Using a sharp knife, cut into 1-inch pieces. Serve with any remaining pan juices on top of the slices, along with fresh chopped cilantro if desired.

Notes

pork tenderloin Note :

The juices will run out if you cut the meat too soon after taking it out of the oven, so allow the meat to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
However, reheating pork tenderloin in the microwave can dry out and toughen the meat, so we recommend adding a little stock or butter to the top of the pork when you do so.

Check on your food and don’t overcook it:

Pork tenderloin dries out quickly when overcooked, becoming tough and chewy.

I pull my tenderloin at 140° and tent it with foil to keep it warm while it rests for 10 minutes before serving.

Silver Skin Must Be Removed :

Before marinating and cooking your tenderloin, slit it with a sharp knife to remove the tough, white membrane that many grocers trim off and remove, but is sometimes left on.

It’s like removing silver skin from ribs.

Also, you can use any herbs or spices you want in this recipe!
