- 1 pound rotini pastas or penne pasta, cooked
- 1 pound sliced steak
- 2 tbsps of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of Worchestire sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 18 ounces creamy mushroom
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp ground, or three sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 ½ cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
- salt and pepper to taste

- Firstly preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare the pasta according to the package directions. Meanwhile drain and set aside the pasta.
- Stir in the thinly sliced steak, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the steak is no longer pink.
- In a large bowl, moreover add in all ingredients except for the cheese.
- Mix all the ingredients, meanwhile add into a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Top casserole with provolone cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef steaks sliced
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup green peppers sliced
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan reggiano cheese
- 4-5 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steaks. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and steak seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping the steak on both sides.
- Add the green peppers, onion, garlic, and mushroom to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the meat is no longer pink.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet. This is an important step. If there is too much liquid, the casserole will be soupy.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Cook until the cream cheese has melted.
- Remove the skillet from heat.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, shredded parmesan reggiano cheese, and heavy cream together.
- Spray an 8 x 11 or 9×9 baking dish. Pour the steak mixture into the dish.
- Drizzle the liquid egg and cheese mixture on top. Top with the provolone cheese slices.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble.
- Before you serve it, let it cool.
